At 16ARLINGTON, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all full-priced items that remain in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Please ensure your return is initiated through our online portal to guarantee a smooth and secure refund process.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Place the garment in its original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all original tags and the security seal are undisturbed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Schedule a courier collection through the portal or drop off your package at an authorized DHL service point to begin the transit to our London studio.
